THANK YOU

I had intended to post this as a New Years post, and, well, I'm late.   :)   We just wanted to let everyone know how very thankful we are for each of you.  So many of you faithfully check the blog for updates and pray for our sweet girl and our family.  That means so very much to us, and we know that the power of prayer is huge!  We also wanted to thank those of you who have helped come alongside of us in this journey.  Many of you have stepped up to help us bear this load and ease the burden of what it means to be given the hardest news of your life and live through that time of trial and uncertainty.  We are blown away by all the meals, notes of encouragement, diapers, wipes, food, grocery cards, restaurant cards, donations, and more that have come. 

The truth is, even if everything else in our lives was easy and perfect, things would still be hard as we deal with the reality of Waverly's condition and living life every day with that.  But, our life is not perfect or easy, and there have been other things in addition to the new direction in our lives that have made things challenging as well.  And the kindness and generosity of so many has helped us in ways that many of you probably don't even know.  Thank you so very much for reaching out, for encouraging us, for helping to bear the weight of it all, and for reminding us of God's goodness and that He cares, even when things are hard.  We rejoice daily for those who are with us in this journey.  Thank you.
